IMPORTANT: ADDING SWIMMER INFO & UPDATING EMAIL INFO ON FOR ALL MEMBERS

IMPORTANT:  UPDATE INFO AND ADD SWIMMER EMAIL AND CELL INFO (SMS) NEEDED ON WEBSITE

There are several new functions available to communicate with both families and swimmers via our www.swimtaq.com TeamUnify website and ParentONDeck and CoachONDECK mobile applications. In reviewing some of these functions, I discovered that 98% of our swimmers do not have email addresses or cell phone numbers entered into the Account Member Information Section.

If you could take a minute to login with your main family email and update your individual swimmer info, that would be great! While you are in there take a minute and review all your info and make sure it is all correct. You can also add other emails and cell phone numbers for text messages of other family members. I have heard people say that only one person gets the email communications so this is the way you update all of that. Do not add swimmer emails and SMS in this main area. Use the following procedure to add swimmer info:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADDING SWIMMER EMAIL & CELL PHONE

Go to www.swimtaq.com

Click SIGN IN on the Right side of page

enter your login email and password

Click on MY ACCOUNT on Right side of page

At the top of the window you will see a list of current emails and cell phones associated with your account (do not add the swimmer info here)

Scroll down page and you will see MEMBERS UNDER THIS ACCOUNT

Click on the swimmers name ADD EMAIL and enter your swimmer email

Click ADD SMS (cell phone) for your swimmer

You will need to repeat this step if you have more than one swimmer

VERY IMPORTANT not complete until you do this: You will then need to have that person check their email/text messages and "VERIFY" by clicking the link. The email comes from TEAMUNIFY on behalf of Tiger Aquatics.
