It's not too late to become a team sponsor before the largest event of the swim season.  The deadline for sponsor ads for the State Meet program is July 1st!   Forms can be found under the "DOCS" tab on our website www.swimtaq.com.  The 2013 Long Course State Championship begins July 11.  

Why be a Team Sponsor?

Promote Your Business    Promote your business and support swimming in our community today.  The ads, banners, lane signs, and/or website links that are included in our sponsorships (depending on level ) will be displayed during the at largest meet of the year, the 2013 Long Course State Championship Meet.  We expect over 1500 people to attend and 3000 hits on our website the week before, during the 4 day meet, and the week following.  Parent volunteers need time to get your ad copy, logo, and banner ready, so now is the time to commit.  We have expanded the program to include the same benefits of sponsorship during all home meets for the next 12 months.   Join us in our mission to support the most popular participatory sport in America.  You may be helping a future Olympian and promoting your business.

Parent, Grandparents or Friend of a TAQ Swimmer Sponsors.   Sponsorships include various ad sizes in the meet program.  You can use your ad  space for a personalized message to your favorite swimmer(s).  What a great way to recognize the hard work and dedication it takes to a swimmer!  What you write is up to you.  (See sponsor forms for ad sizes or contact us for custom requests) 

Remember, your sponsorship donation is to BTAC and is tax deductible.   All funds raised are managed by the parent elected volunteers that make up the BTAC Board of Directors.    Examples of how your money might be used include the purchase of new training equipment, team building activities, or need based swim scholarships.   BTAC is parent owned 501c3 corporation whose primary mission is to educate and promote the sport of swimming in the Baton Rouge community by offering our support of the various swim programs offered by Tiger Aquatics and the larger USA Swimming orgranization.
